Schools, afterschool programs and childcare centers across the United States and around the world have made changes to what school currently looks like. Many have limited visitors even if students are attending in-person. Even though I prefer connecting with students by having in-person author visits, I am happy to engage with your students online! Virtual author visits are beneficial to each student as they are able to interact, listen to a story, ask questions and meet with an author.

Some of my programs are adapted for virtual visits through Google Meet, Skype and Zoom (or your preferred virtual format). These are similar to my in-person events but adapted for online engagement and learning. (How students interact with my virtual author events depends on the size of the group and teacher preference.)
The virtual author visits are for all school, childcare, homeschool groups and afterschool programs. Most presentations are 45-60 minutes in length (which includes a Q&A time). My Kindergarten through Second grade programs are closer to 30 minutes. Upon request, I can revise programs to meet your timing and topic needs specific to each grade level.
